  • Any disputes arising from or related to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between you and Ahti Interiors Ltd. in relation to these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter first through good faith discussions.

If resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in Indonesia, with the arbitrator’s decision being final. The costs of mediation or arbitration will be borne by the unsuccessful party.

Notwithstanding the above, either party retains the right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deemed removed and the remainder of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to reflect any changes to our operations. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Effective Date.” Where legally required, we will also notify users by email.
