48.2 Indonesian Operations

Where an interaction relates specifically to PT AQUAFORCE SANITAMA INDONESIA, an Indonesian project, an Indonesian customer, products or services supplied through our Indonesian operations, or another activity carried out by the Indonesian Ahti entity, the relevant relationship will also be subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

48.3 Mandatory Laws

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or overrides any mandatory UAE or Indonesian law that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement. Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement applicable to the relevant matter, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
